Customer: refers to the natural person browsing the Site or making a purchase, whose Personal Data is processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Where certain Processing operations are based on consent, the Customer warrants, in the event that they are under the age of 15, that they have obtained the authorisation of the holder of parental authority to consent to the Processing of their Personal Data as defined in the Privacy Policy;
Account: refers to the Customer’s personal account, accessible on the Site via personal login details, which are confidential to the Customer and may not be disclosed to a third party, and from which the Customer may place an order;
Cookies: refer to text files stored on the User’s device (computer, mobile phone, tablet) when visiting a website. They enable information relating to browsing on the Site to be stored. They are used to store information relating to browsing on the Site.
Data or Personal Data: refers to the Customer’s personal data, within the meaning of the Data Protection Regulations, collected and processed by the Data Controller in connection with the use of the Site;
Specific Rights: refer to the rights granted by the Personal Data Regulations to Customers regarding the processing of their Personal Data, as set out in Article 12 of the Privacy Policy and Article 6 of this Cookie Policy;
Purpose: refers to the main objective of the use of Personal Data;
Cookie Policy: refers to this cookie management policy implemented by LABORATOIRES SVR ;
Data Controller: means the company which determines the Purposes and the essential means of Processing Personal Data (see Privacy Policy). The Data Controller ensures that the processing operations it carries out comply with the applicable regulations on the protection of Personal Data and ensures that data subjects are able to exercise their Specific Rights;
Site: refers to the website and its local versions on which this Cookie Policy is hosted;
Device(s): refers to the hardware (computer, tablet, smartphone, telephone, etc.) used by the Customer to access or view the Site.

3.7 At no time do these Cookies enable the Data Controller to identify the Customer personally.

7.2 In order to exercise their Specific Rights in accordance with the conditions set out above, the Data Controller may ask the Data Subject to prove their identity by providing their surname, first name and email address, and to accompany their request with a copy of a valid identity document, as well as any information or document that may help to verify their identity.
7.3 A response will be sent to the Customer within a maximum of one (1) month following the date of receipt of the request.
7.4 If necessary, this period may be extended by two (2) months by the Data Controller, who will notify the Customer accordingly, taking into account the complexity and/or number of requests.
