About our Products
Where are SVR products made?
As a French dermo-cosmetic brand since 1962, we are committed to preserving our identity over the years.
That's why we are proud to manufacture all our products in our factory in France, more specifically in the Île-de-France region near Paris.
What skin types are SVR products suitable for?
Our products are developed to meet the needs of all skin types, even the most sensitive. As a Dermatological Laboratory, Laboratoire SVR places safety at the heart of its formulation expertise. Each of our products is therefore subject to a strict formulation charter. 🥼🧪
This means we use a very limited number of raw materials, carefully selected for their quality.
All our formulas are reviewed by toxicologists to validate product safety, including the concentrations of raw materials used. Take for example products suitable for babies — our toxicologists determine the percentage of raw materials to use based on weight, age, and type of application.
Are SVR products tested on animals?
SVR products are not tested on animals. 🐇 As responsible manufacturers, we strictly comply with the provisions of European Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products and its amendments.
Since 2004 for finished cosmetic products and since 2013 for raw materials, cosmetic regulations have prohibited animal testing for evaluating the efficacy and safety of products. In this regard, we do not test our products or ingredients on animals. Furthermore, we do not engage third parties to do so on our behalf, except where required by law.
Are SVR products tested for endocrine disruptors?
Since 2017, we have had our products tested for estrogenic, androgenic, and thyroid endocrine mechanisms by an independent laboratory specializing in endocrine disruption. Our goal? To ensure that our skincare products are safe, even for the most vulnerable. We reformulate any product that does not pass these tests.
We move forward with humility and determination, as science continues to advance in its understanding of endocrine disruptors. Our priority is to provide you with clear and honest information, as well as reassuring products for everyone. 😊🔬

We do not offer a loyalty program but our teams are working to develop this service.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to modify your address after placing an order. We are working on implementing this feature, which will allow you to update your address within 30 minutes of placing your order. Stay tuned! 😊
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation by sending an email to hello@svr.com
After shipping, you cannot cancel or modify it.
What are the delivery times in the US and abroad?
Orders placed on the site are shipped within 48 hours and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) by UPS. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are shipped within 72 hours. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, a usual average time which corresponds to the processing and delivery times of orders.
The US e-shop of Laboratoire SVR only ships its products in the United States.

What are the delivery rates?
Packaging and shipping costs are free for all orders greater than or equal to $49.
For orders below this amount, a contribution of $7 is requested.
How to return a product purchased on the Laboratoire SVR website?
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days following receipt of your order.
The return concerns products delivered in good condition. The products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, with the gifts sent in the order if applicable.
The refund will be for the products and the initial delivery costs directly to the credit card used when ordering.
The shipping costs linked to the return of your products remain your responsibility.
1. Send your withdrawal request to consumer service at hello@svr.com , specifying the following information: order number, product to be returned, reason for return.

Orders without a Return Slip cannot be taken into account.
How do I check the status and track the status of my order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you after validation of your order. When your order is processed by UPS, you will receive an e-mail to follow its delivery. At any time you can follow the status via your customer account.
We invite you to check your junk mail.
What payment methods are accepted on your e-store?
We accept payments with Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Amex credit cards or Paypal.
At the moment we do not accept:
- Cash on refunds
- Checks and money orders
Important :
For your security, your name and billing address must match those on the card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these conditions.
My product is unavailable, when can I order it?
Some products may be out of stock. In this case, we do our best to be able to restock them. You can go to the out of stock product page and click on 'Notify me by e-mail'. You will receive a notification when the product is available again.

How do I create or access my customer account?
To access your customer account, simply click on the “My Account” icon. You will be able to place your orders more quickly, save several delivery addresses, view and track your orders.Are you not yet a customer?
